Hi, I'm George.I build AIfor businessesstill doing it by hand.

I'm based in Brighton, and I've spent the last two years building AI into small businesses — voice agents, SMS agents, internal tools, whatever takes the most repeatable work off your plate. I build it inside your stack, on your accounts, and you own the code when I leave. Built once. Owned by you. Done in fortnights.

One.On what I do.

I build AI agents that work for you.
Then I teach you to run them without me.

One.

Systems.

Built once. £0/mo forever.

AI agents that answer calls, book jobs, send quotes, and chase invoices — built in 2–4 weeks, running on your accounts. You own the code. The SaaS bill goes away.

Two.

Educate.

The last technical bill you'll ever pay.

You don't need me anymore. After your system goes live, you learn to drive AI yourself. Edit your own website. Build new automations. Fix your own bugs. All in plain English. The technical bills stop.

Two.On working together.

A small operation,
shipped end-to-end by one builder.

One.

20-min call

You tell me about your business and we find areas where AI can either cut costs, increase profits, or both.

Two.

Scope + fixed price

I'll send a simple proposal of what we can do, and how much it will cost relative to the scope you are looking for.

Three.

Build — 2 to 4 weeks

I build in your environment, on your accounts, and update you weekly.

Four.

Handover

I hand over everything to you, tell you everything you need to know, and that's it.

You own
the system.
Forever.

You own the code. After we are finished working together, you won't have to pay me any recurring fees or retainer. I set up accounts on your email for the hosting platforms, LLM calls etc.
Three.About me.
George Goonan
— George G.

I'm George.
I help business owners actually use AI — instead of reading about it.

I've spent the past two years working hands on with AI systems in business, and am fascinated by how they work. I'm passionate about bringing AI into small to medium businesses, as I believe there is so much untapped potential, and big industries are currently reaping most of the reward. I work hands on with all of my clients, and aim to bring the best possible service and experience to anyone I work with. If you are simply interested in AI, or thinking about how it could work in your business, I'd love to have a conversation, so please, don't hesitate to connect on LinkedIn, or book a meeting from the link below. Thank you for your time, George Goonan.

Four.On the work.

Things I've shipped
for real businesses.

Inbound chat + SMS booker

Full inbound agentic system for Electricians On-Call (eoclondon.com)

I worked with Electricians On-Call (eoclondon.com) at the start of this year to build them a full inbound agentic system. A SMS, WhatsApp and website-native AI agent that handles bookings and answers enquiries from a knowledge base of the business's ins and outs. I also built a single UI where the team can see every conversation and booking in one place. A lot of fun to build, and a lot of hard-earned learning on inbound agents and on shipping the widget UI itself.

eoclondon.com homepage with the inbound AI chat widget open in the bottom-right corner, mid-enquiry.
SMS conversation between the agent and an Electricians On-Call customer — the agent reschedules an appointment, offers new slots, and confirms the booking.
№ 02

Invox AI

AI voice + SMS receptionist platform

This is my own platform I built specifically for tradesmen. This platform is capable of handling all inbound enquiries, whether that be voice or SMS, and responding to those enquiries with RAG connected to a CRM. I've since pivoted to freelance, but this experience was valuable in learning the ins and outs of inbound agentic systems.

Five.On getting in touch.

One call.
One honest
answer.

A twenty-minute call. You tell me about the business — I tell you where AI fits, and where it doesn't.
