Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Agreement
By signing up for or using Invox AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Invox on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. What Invox does
Invox AI provides an AI receptionist that answers your calls, replies to SMS and WhatsApp messages, and can take actions you configure — such as booking appointments, logging jobs to a spreadsheet, or sending follow-up emails on your behalf. You remain responsible for the business decisions your AI agent makes on your instructions.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Keep your password safe and don't share your account.
- You're responsible for everything that happens on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Invox to send spam, scam calls/texts, or any unsolicited outreach.
- Impersonate another business or person.
- Record calls where recording consent is legally required without giving notice.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful under UK law.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may report serious abuse to relevant authorities.
5. Pricing & credits
Invox uses a credit-based model. Plans include a monthly credit allowance; additional credits can be purchased. Plan credits roll over for up to three months. Topped-up credits do not expire. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
6. Third-party services
Invox connects to services you choose — Google Workspace, Vonage telephony, Stripe billing, and others. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. When you connect a Google account, our use of your Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
7. AI limitations
Invox relies on large language models that can sometimes produce incorrect or unexpected output. While we work hard to ship a service that's safe for production use, you should periodically review transcripts and agent behaviour — especially for high-stakes decisions like booking, pricing, and sending emails on your behalf.
8. Uptime & support
We target high availability but do not guarantee an uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at support@invoxai.uk. Response times depend on your plan.
9. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. On cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid period and is then deactivated. We can terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Invox AI's total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll tell you by email and give you at least seven days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of Invox after that notice means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
