Every call is recorded, transcribed and saved against the customer's CRM record. You can search by name, postcode or phone number to pull up the full history. Recordings are GDPR-compliant and stored on UK / EU servers; you can delete any record from your dashboard.
WhatsApp AI agents are included on the Pro plan. The SMS agent on every plan works with standard SMS to and from your UK number, and replies as fast as a human (within seconds). Photos, follow-up messages and quote questions are all handled.
