Why is there a setup fee?+
Because we do the setup for you. Most trade software hands you a dashboard and wishes you luck. Invox includes a 30-minute onboarding call where we port your number (or give you a UK one), configure the AI on your trade, your prices, your hours and your service area, plug it into your Google Calendar, and walk through the first five real jobs with you. £299 one-off, on every tier. Can I pay annually and save?+
Yes. Solo is £990/year (saving ~£198 vs monthly). Pro is £1,990/year (saving ~£398). Roughly 17% off, equivalent to two months free. Same product, same setup, same guarantee.
What happens if I go over my included minutes or SMS?+
Voice minutes over your monthly allowance are charged at 11p per minute. Outbound SMS over your allowance is 10p per message. Inbound SMS is always free, regardless of plan. There is no surprise — the dashboard shows live usage and warns you well before you reach a cap.
Is there a contract?+
No. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. No cancellation fee, no notice period. You keep your data — full CSV export at any time.
How does Invox compare to ARROW on price?+
ARROW is £99/mo flat including 150 minutes (no per-minute overages published; higher-volume customers move to a custom-quoted tier). Invox Solo is also £99/mo, but with 200 included minutes (33% more), 500 outbound SMS, the full CRM and jobs board, automated quote and review follow-ups, and a 30-day money-back guarantee that ARROW does not offer.
